Job Description:

We're seeking a pro-active and self motivated Contract Advisor to work on from one of our key customer sites in Aldermaston. The Contract Advisor will ensure key customers service levels are met through pro-active management of their orders, back-orders and stock settings. You will be an escalation point for customers to drive customer service, working alongside Arco support teams to deliver to our key customers’ expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring our on-site store is open for the core-contracted hours of 09:00 – 15:00, Monday – Thursday (24 hours a week)
  • Delivering first class customer service and effectively managing customer orders and quotations utilising both Arco’s and Customers ordering platforms
  • Supporting AWE Stakeholders to manage respiratory equipment
  • Managing our dedicated customer email inbox
  • Pro-actively managing customer back orders, looking at ways to deliver to time, source alternatives and keep Site Manager and customers updated
  • Organising returns and collections and rotation of stock according to season
  • Assisting with event planning

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and effectively manage daily/weekly workload
  • Able to deal with complex and demanding enquiries

Nice to have:

Knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office and SAP
