As a Contract Administrator at Ray White Elevate Group, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and management of contracts and related documentation across property and client services. Job Responsibility:
Prepare, interpret and maintain contract documentation in line with organisational standards and legal requirements
Review and negotiate variations to contracts, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations
Monitor and respond to inquiries or issues relating to contracts and escalate as required
Ensure accurate filing, tracking and management of paperwork associated with contracts and related services
Work closely with internal teams to support property management and administrative processes
Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding contract terms and status
Assist with reporting and follow-up on contractual milestones and deliverables
Support process improvements in contract administration and documentation workflows
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in business administration, legal studies, property or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 1 year experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in contract tracking, documentation and administration systems
