Growing technology company in Silicon Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support high-volume commercial and vendor contracting. This role will partner closely with Legal, Procurement, and business teams to manage agreements in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This role is hybrid with three days in office, located in San Jose.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting support, review, routing, and execution
Administer high-volume agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, and procurement-related contracts
Maintain and update contract management systems (CLM) to ensure accuracy and visibility
Track key dates, renewals, and obligations to mitigate risk and support business continuity
Partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure timely contract execution
Support compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting related to contractual obligations
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or procurement support within a tech or corporate environment
Experience handling commercial, vendor, or SaaS agreements
