Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (including vendor, procurement, and customer agreements), ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management, from initial intake and administration through to execution, amendments, and renewals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve contractual issues, mitigate risks, and provide strategic guidance
  • Support the procurement process, helping to select, onboard, and manage external partners and suppliers
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic and physical records to ensure audit readiness and contract retrieval efficiency
  • Advise stakeholders on contract interpretation, compliance best practices, and process improvement opportunities
  • Proactively identify areas for efficiency gains and help implement contract management system upgrades or process enhancements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a contracts administration, paralegal, or legal operations role (2+ years ideal)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to issue spot potential risks or compliance issues in contracts
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and understanding of the contracting lifecycle
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-focused, solutions-oriented approach
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized – you thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Tech savvy: Comfortable with contract management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and electronic documentation tools

Nice to have

Familiarity with industry-specific agreements (clinical trial agreements, distribution agreements, quality agreements) is a significant plus
