Job Description:

We are a leading Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility specializing in the repair of electronic components for aircraft. We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team in Phoenix. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the main liaison for customer communications, managing daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Process a high volume of transactions—up to 150+ orders per day—while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Administer commercial and military repair orders, including order acknowledgment, quoting, and invoicing
Interpret, manage, and execute customer contractual requirements to ensure compliance and service excellence
Proactively manage and mitigate risks to on-time delivery and financial penalties
Assess and determine the validity and disposition of warranty claims
Ensure adherence to Global Trade Compliance regulations in all customer-related activities

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
Self-directed team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues
High level of comfort with computer systems and order management tools

Nice to have:

Proficiency in SAP
Experience with U.S. Government repair contract administration
Familiarity with FARs (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARs (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement)
Knowledge of CAV (Contractor Acceptance and Verification) and PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment)
