Own the full contract lifecycle with precision, driving accurate renewals, amendments, pricing, and billing readiness while keeping Salesforce data clean and reliable. Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, and Legal to enable smooth operations, strong commercial governance, and revenue accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Manage contract administration and post-sale changes, including renewals, amendments, pricing, and term updates
Coordinate cross-functional approvals for discounts and non-standard commercial terms
Ensure billing and invoicing readiness by validating payment terms, tax logic, and billing setup
Handle inbound operational requests such as PO updates, billing corrections, and contract terminations
Maintain high data accuracy across CRM and related systems to support reporting, forecasting, and process improvements
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in contract, deal desk, or commercial operations within a SaaS or subscription environment
Strong understanding of contracts, renewals, pricing, and billing processes
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on accuracy
Process-driven mindset with an interest in standardization and continuous improvement
