We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery from start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts
  • Manage progress claims, variations, and purchase orders
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in contract administration within construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
