We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting project delivery from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts
Manage progress claims, variations, and purchase orders
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project budgets and timelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in contract administration within construction
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and project management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
