We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage and oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle. You will play a key part in maintaining records, supporting processes, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare, review, and manage construction contracts and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Maintain detailed records of contract documents, amendments, and correspondence for easy access and reference
Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements, taking timely action when needed
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including document routing, approval processes, and archiving
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contract-related inquiries and issues
Verify and prepare standard forms, certifications, and legal documents as required
Facilitate contractor onboarding by organizing compliance documents and certificates of insurance
Generate detailed reports and summaries on contract activities for management review
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in data entry and invoice processing with strong attention to detail
Experience in contract administration and managing bid proposals
Solid administrative management skills, including organization and multitasking
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking purposes
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to liaise with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with compliance documentation and certificates of insurance
Nice to have:
Previous experience in construction or a related industry is preferred but not required
