Job Responsibility:
Support the end-to-end procurement and delivery strategy
Control and process Head Contract and Subcontract variations
Oversee subcontractor/supplier claims in line with contractual agreements
Assist in contract finalisation, including managing defects and final variations
Compile accurate and timely monthly project reports for the management team
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a CA within the commercial construction sector (Tier 2 or Tier 3 experience highly regarded)
Financial Foundations: Experience in processing claims, variations, and assisting with cost forecasting
Qualifications: A Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Communication: Strong negotiation skills and a professional approach to managing subcontractor relationships
