Then we have a role for you. Working with our client to support their IT Procurement activities, we are looking for a Contract Admin Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support to procurement and technical managers to ensure contracts are evaluated, negotiated and maintained within the current commercial guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
Recent career history in contract management, ideally within procurement arena (IT solutions, Services, Infrastructure or Applications)
Understand basic IT commercial legal terms and able to navigate contracts covering software development, maintenance and staffing or consulting
Experience in managing software licence orders, understand licence terms as well as the metrics and pricing of software
Prior experience with RfX processes, proposal and quotation evaluation
Used to working with international suppliers
Degree in IT or Business Administration, possibly law
Have spent time in Vendor Management or Procurement Category Management departments
Competent communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and good business acumen
Fluency in English is essential
Working with Microsoft Office Tools is essential
Nice to have:
Knowledge Power BI and SAP as a user would be advantageous
