Job Description:

Are you a procurement professional with a sharp eye for detail? We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a team in Werribee for a fast-paced, 3-month project. This role focuses on managing complex regulatory requirements and streamlining supplier compliance during a period of significant project activity. You will provide specialist support to the procurement unit, ensuring all contract documentation and supplier claims meet strict legislative and project deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage incoming supplier claims and assess documentation against compliance standards
  • Act as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and coordinate responses with Category Managers
  • Assist in drafting variations, clause amendments, and maintaining accurate audit registers
  • Prepare status reports on project milestones and outstanding compliance actions.

Requirements:

  • Valid right to work in Australia
  • Police Check
  • Immediate or near-immediate availability to commence a 3-month contract.

Nice to have:

A degree or diploma in Procurement, Business, or Finance (attained or in progress) is preferred.
