Are you a procurement professional with a sharp eye for detail? We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join a team in Werribee for a fast-paced, 3-month project. This role focuses on managing complex regulatory requirements and streamlining supplier compliance during a period of significant project activity. You will provide specialist support to the procurement unit, ensuring all contract documentation and supplier claims meet strict legislative and project deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming supplier claims and assess documentation against compliance standards
Act as the primary contact for supplier enquiries and coordinate responses with Category Managers
Assist in drafting variations, clause amendments, and maintaining accurate audit registers
Prepare status reports on project milestones and outstanding compliance actions.
Requirements:
Valid right to work in Australia
Police Check
Immediate or near-immediate availability to commence a 3-month contract.
Nice to have:
A degree or diploma in Procurement, Business, or Finance (attained or in progress) is preferred.
