Job Responsibility

  • Supports team by completing routine, standardized tasks and maintaining accurate records, while developing foundational knowledge of supply chain contracting processes and systems
  • Provides administrative and operational support to the SCM Contracts Center team
  • Drafting of complex agreements
  • Drafting of amendments
  • Prepare, format, and assemble agreements including Service Agreements, Form Construction Agreements, Engineering Service Agreements, and Consulting Service Agreements based on Enbridge’s Authorized Contract Templates
  • Support document routing for internal reviews, approvals, and execution
  • Assist with Contracts Center Request (CCR) intake, including logging requests, checking submissions for completeness, and reporting on metrics/KPIs
  • File executed contracts and supporting documents in accordance with records retention and naming standards
  • Respond to routine inquiries regarding CCR status, documentation requirements, and process steps, escalating complex questions to the Specialist

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or coursework in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience
  • 3 years of administrative, coordination, or office support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • willingness to learn enterprise systems such as SharePoint and Oracle Cloud
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage routine tasks, deadlines, and instructions in a structured environment
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

Nice to have

  • Previous exposure to procurement, contracts, legal, or supply chain environments
  • Experience with document management or tracking systems
  • Interest in developing a career in supply chain or contract administration
