Job Responsibility:

  • Reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of commercial projects covering sectors such as Aged Care, Industrial, resedential, commercial and education
  • Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
  • Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
  • Monthly budget management and reporting
  • Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
  • A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 5+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
  • An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
  • Cheops or Jobpac experience preferred or an ability to pickup software quickly
