Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrative Assistant to provide short-term administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can quickly adapt, manage multiple priorities, and maintain efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (electronic and physical)
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and database management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting, as needed
  • Support special projects and operational tasks as assigned
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a contract environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new systems and processes

Nice to have
