Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract position starting January 12, 2026 and ending July 2026. This role provides comprehensive administrative support to a team, including managing confidential information, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work independently under general guidance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and format reports, memos, letters, and other documentation using word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Track completion of team tasks and maintain accurate records of employee and contractor information
  • Organize, clean, and analyze data in Excel
  • create pivot tables and combine datasets
  • Compose communications for teams including software developers, managers, and contractors
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and summarize key action items
  • Manage team task boards, assign tasks, and update workflows
  • Serve as audit coordinator, ensuring timely completion of audit-related tasks
  • Handle cube assignments, equipment orders, and supply requests for onsite staff
  • Submit service requests for facility issues and manage related follow-ups
  • Collect and archive electronic documents and digital signatures
  • Exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Ability to work onsite in Eagan, MN
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with confidential information

Nice to have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data organization, and analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with task automation tools and basic Power Apps functionality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
