We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrative Assistant to provide short-term administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for a professional who can quickly adapt, manage multiple priorities, and maintain efficient office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (electronic and physical)
Assist with data entry, reporting, and database management
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting, as needed
Support special projects and operational tasks as assigned
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a contract environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Nice to have:
Experience working in a corporate, professional services, or public sector environment
Familiarity with CRM or database systems
