Job Description:

A well-established organization is seeking a temporary Contract Administration Specialist to support a short-term project tied to a corporate office relocation. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with experience in contract administration, legal operations, and/or procurement who is comfortable working within a contract lifecycle management system and reviewing third-party vendor agreements. This assignment is expected to last approximately four weeks, with potential to extend depending on project needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review active third-party vendor contracts to identify notice provisions and required delivery methods
  • Extract and validate vendor mailing addresses and primary contact information
  • Prepare and distribute formal address change notices in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Manage and track vendor notifications and follow-up communications
  • Cleanse and update vendor contract data within a contract management system (LawVu)
  • Support general contract administration cleanup and data integrity efforts
  • Manage contract administration workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, legal operations, procurement, or corporate paralegal support
  • Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (LawVu experience not required
  • comparable systems acceptable)
  • Ability to review and interpret contract notice provisions and related contractual language
  • Experience working with third-party vendor agreements preferred
  • Experience managing contract administration workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleanup, sorting, filtering
  • Pivot Tables preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional vendor correspondence
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with data-entry-heavy, detail-driven project work
