Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and grant reporting for non-profit organizations
  • Support the completion of annual audits and assist with regulatory and compliance documentation
  • Perform account reconciliations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and process journal entries
  • Collaborate with finance and program leaders to streamline accounting controls and year-end close
  • Utilize industry-leading software (Microsoft D365, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Workday, Power BI, and more) tailored to project and client need

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in non-profit accounting, public accounting, or year-end financial projects
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft D365, NetSuite, SAP, or comparable platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaborative problem-solving abilities
  • Availability for contract or project-based opportunities—flexible scheduling for busy or year-end periods
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
