Job Description

You’ll join Vodafone Business Commercial Finance in a high-impact role, partnering on one of our largest customer portfolios. Working within Contract Accounting, you’ll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions, protecting contract value, and driving financial performance across a portfolio exceeding £50m. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, bring clarity to complex data, and help unlock opportunities that support both customer success and Vodafone’s strategic goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner on one of our largest customer portfolios within Contract Accounting
  • act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders using financial insight
  • support contract negotiations, renewals, and variations
  • own end-to-end financial governance across the contract lifecycle
  • partner with Audit, Legal, Procurement, and Compliance teams
  • monitor commercial performance
  • lead or support contract renewals, extensions, and dispute resolution
  • deliver accurate monthly financial close, forecasting, and reporting
  • translate performance into financial outcomes
  • ensure accuracy in contract accounting including revenue recognition, cost allocation, billing, and compliance with IFRS
  • optimise key financial processes such as cash flow forecasting, WIP management, and purchase order governance
  • identify and drive process improvements
  • collaborate across Sales, Commercial, Finance Operations, and Supply Chain teams
  • drive alignment between commercial priorities and financial performance
