About the Role Contract Account Manager Beacon Hill is partnering with one of our clients in the non-profit space to identify a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to support member and donor recruitment initiatives across targeted accounts. This role plays a critical part in building access, driving engagement, and strengthening partnerships that ultimately support patients and life-saving therapies. Work Schedule Hybrid model: One day per week onsite in Minneapolis, MN, while the other four days remote. Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week / 4 days remote) Employment Type: Contract through September 2026, with possibilities of extension
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic plans to create access to students, employees, and key contacts within targeted accounts
Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations that effectively communicate the member value proposition and drive recruitment to the registry
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, leading without authority to align efforts across member recruitment teams
Leverage marketplace intelligence to assess partner business needs and respond effectively to evolving dynamics within assigned geographies
Provide sound business recommendations, prioritizing and executing on both current and future opportunities
Clearly articulate the importance of the client’s partnership to donors and the patients served
Execute comprehensive strategic account planning, with a focus on expanding ethnically diverse participation
Monitor, track, and analyze performance of existing initiatives, making data-informed adjustments as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences
Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
Strategic thinker with strong execution and prioritization capabilities
Knowledge of or exposure to healthcare, cell therapy, or related clinical environments strongly preferred
Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into action
