Job Description

Translation Empire PK is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Executive to support the delivery and management of ongoing professional learning initiatives for our workforce. This role is focused on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted CPD programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and that career growth is actively supported. Ideal for individuals passionate about long-term learning strategies and career development, this role will work closely with HR and departmental teams to promote a continuous learning culture.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of CPD programs across departments
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in CPD activities
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules
  • Support the creation and update of professional development pathways and learning materials
  • Monitor compliance with CPD policies and professional standards
  • Gather feedback on CPD sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory CPD requirements
  • Assist in integrating CPD initiatives with the organization’s broader learning and development strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms

Nice to have

Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus
