Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as hybrid on mid shift (3pm to 12am) . This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with business, IT, and analytics community to capture, prioritize and document data analytic requirements and drive measurable results
  • Help create work related to strategy, roadmap, critical metric definition, reporting and dashboards
  • Deliver projects by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports
  • Mentor others and handle project finances
  • Continuously enable to new solution trends and develop the skills for self and enable the practice to build the skills

Requirements

  • 10 or more years in a leadership role
  • At least 7 years of hands on experience with BI and Analytics tools
  • Strong business domain knowledge - business analytics, marketing data, automotive and understanding the exponential change within this domain is paramount to success
  • You have a deep understanding of BI tools: Excel, Reporting Tool Consumption (Cognos, Tableau)
  • You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and believe in the power of innovation through differing view points
