Job Responsibility:
Lead, facilitate & coach Kaizen & problem-solving projects, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC), FMEA and 8D to identify and eliminate waste and improve operational efficiency
Lead the development and implementation of company-wide Operational Excellence (BOE) strategies, driving cultural change and embedding performance management aligned with business goals
Be an expert with a strong ability to influence leadership, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and manage conflict constructively to drive sustainable change and performance improvement
Develop and dispense training strategies along with organizational stakeholders to increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management and deliver value to our customers
Conduct detailed analysis of operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Be a process-based leader that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of processes, aligned KPIs and infrastructure
Lead the change using formal change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement, full team collaboration and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
Recognized leader with change management experience
Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience in continuous improvement and specialize in the Kaizen approach & Problem Solving
Proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts
Demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
Expert facilitator with a high amount of communication & influencing skill
Fluent in IT systems and have a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
Must be able to travel to various facilities to deploy the BOE model
Proven track record teaching & coaching Kaizen & Problem solving
Able to work in both English and French (ideal)
