Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the deployment of the Huf Production System (HPS) across production and support areas
  • Actively participate in Toyota Production System (TPS)-based improvement activities
  • Support and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and shop floor activities
  • Learn to analyze production processes, identify waste, and propose sustainable improvements
  • Support data collection, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, and performance reviews aligned with SQDCP principles
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams during HPS / TPS exchange activities
  • Grow step-by-step into a Continuous Improvement (CI) engineer role with increasing responsibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or in final phase) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge or strong interest in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing
  • High motivation to learn, develop, and work directly on the shop floor
  • Structured thinking and curiosity for problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
  • Hands-on mindset — not afraid to go to the gemba
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools is an advantage
  • First exposure to CI, Lean, internships, or shopfloor projects is a plus
