Job Responsibility:
Support the deployment of the Huf Production System (HPS) across production and support areas
Actively participate in Toyota Production System (TPS)-based improvement activities
Support and facilitate continuous improvement workshops and shop floor activities
Learn to analyze production processes, identify waste, and propose sustainable improvements
Support data collection, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking, and performance reviews aligned with SQDCP principles
Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams during HPS / TPS exchange activities
Grow step-by-step into a Continuous Improvement (CI) engineer role with increasing responsibility
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or in final phase) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Foundational knowledge or strong interest in the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing
High motivation to learn, develop, and work directly on the shop floor
Structured thinking and curiosity for problem-solving
Strong communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
Hands-on mindset — not afraid to go to the gemba
Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools is an advantage
First exposure to CI, Lean, internships, or shopfloor projects is a plus
