Acting as a senior change agent and culture builder, you will lead high impact improvement initiatives across the organization, influence leaders at multiple levels, and ensure sustainable results. You will play an active role to elevate the continuous improvement culture and people-driven change accelerator. A strategic thinker, a good communicator to sell new ideas and influence the positive benefits of continuous improvement and innovation; as well as a team player with good priority and stress management.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Lead and deliver cross functional CI projects aligned with strategic priorities
  • Apply recognized methodologies and tools including Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, A3, 8D, BPM, Design Thinking, and Kaizen events to deliver measurable improvements
  • Plan, facilitate, and lead Kaizen events to accelerate problem solving, process optimization, and team engagement
  • Training & Facilitation
  • Develop, maintain, and facilitate CI training and workshops aligned with high tech industry best practices
  • Design and deliver Kaizen event training, including preparation, facilitation techniques, and post event sustainment
  • Facilitate Kaizen events, problem solving workshops, root cause analyses, and process mapping sessions to empower teams to improve their own processes
  • Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring
  • Coach and mentor CI specialists, ambassadors, and business teams
  • Support leaders in adopting CI principles, tools, and behaviors
  • Act as a trusted Senior Specialist on operational excellence and transformation topics
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor CI project progress, benefits, and KPIs
  • Prepare structured project updates and executive level reporting
  • Cross Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Collaborate with multiple sites and functions worldwide
  • Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement, and value delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (technical or business) or equivalent experience in continuous improvement in a similar role
  • At least 7+ years of professional experience in lean, continuous improvement, operational excellence and/or combined with management, industrial engineering and/or project management
  • Relevant experience in workshop facilitation Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, Problem Solving Methodology, business process management (BPM) projects and Transformation
  • Pragmatic approach in its efforts to achieve excellence, flexibility, adaptability, in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work at different organizational levels and support management teams
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Autonomy in execution and decision-making
  • Excellent skills in coaching and strong power of persuasion
  • Mastery of interpersonal skills: Open and transparent communication, influence, active listening, and collaboration
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally internationally

  • Provide inputs for all required process documentation in a timely manner: fixture order form (pre-project), project recap (post-project), punchlist, & photos, etc
