Job Responsibility:
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and variation, and recommend/implement improvement goals
Design, implement, and improve workflows, layouts, and standard operating procedures
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret process performance data to develop KPIs and dashboards
Lead cross-functional CI projects, facilitate Kaizen events, and foster best practices through benchmarking and research
Support quality improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with standards, and mitigate process-related safety risks
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions while training operators and leadership on new processes

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Textile preferred) or related field
5+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques
Experience in the Textile and/or Paper industry
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred)
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and industrial data analysis tools
Strong facilitation and project management skills
Proficient in Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Poka-Yoke) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, statistical analysis)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Nice to have:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
What we offer:
Annual base salary range: $95,000- $128,000
Bonus target range: 20-25%
