Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Housing Support Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of our housing operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Shaping and enhancing the customer journey across all areas of housing operations
  • Leading a focused team
  • Making processes more transparent, efficient, and customer-friendly
  • Delivering quick wins and long-term improvements
  • Facilitating service improvement requests
  • Analysis trends in performance highlighting best practice
  • Ensuring policies, processes, and work instructions are clear, compliant, and easy to follow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management and/or housing management, with a track record of improving services and achieving financial results
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • able to work with complex ideas and drive innovation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business purposes

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of social housing regulation, legislation, and sector challenges
  • Experience with housing management systems (e.g., QLX)
  • Ability to deliver training and embed new ways of working
