Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and delivering meaningful business improvement initiatives? We’re recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a major account in a home-based role with occasional UK travel.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and deliver CI projects that improve operational performance and customer experience
Provide monthly updates on improvement initiatives, highlighting risks and priorities
Ensure projects are supported with clear plans, milestones, and governance documentation
Work closely with operational teams, BI, Systems/IT, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements
Support the implementation of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks across the account
Requirements:
Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
The ability to analyse complex processes and turn them into practical improvements
A delivery-focused mindset with strong accountability
Nice to have:
Lean / Six Sigma / BPM qualifications
PRINCE2 or Agile certification
Degree-level education
