Job Responsibility:
Lead and drive the continuous improvement strategy across the entire site, in alignment with group objectives
Be present and active on the shop floor, identifying, supporting, and implementing improvement actions in close collaboration with production, maintenance, logistics, and support teams
Identify and prioritize improvement areas (safety, quality, cost, lead-time, environment), lead Lean projects (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.), and ensure their successful completion
Measure, analyze, and report the evolution of site performance indicators (KPIs)
Train, raise awareness, and support teams in continuous improvement culture and related tools
Ensure teams adopt the relevant methodologies, encourage initiative-taking, and promote problem-solving directly on the shop floor
Participate actively as a member of the site executive committee (CODIR), act as a driving force for proposals, and represent operational excellence at management level
Implement sustainable solution to problems or improvement projects by Improving policies, procedures, and processes
Identifies opportunities for improvement and defines the issues
Manages the continuous-improvement program & Performance plans
Conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and accurately describes the issues
Identifies intervention priorities and indicators
Ensure that projects specifies deliverables key performance indicator
Identifies available resources: people, material, finances
Clearly identifies team members and leaders, and clarifies their roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
Higher education degree in engineering, industrial production, or equivalent field
Significant experience (at least 5 years) in continuous improvement within an industrial environment, ideally in a medium-sized site
Mastery of Lean Manufacturing tools and methods, Six Sigma, problem-solving, and industrial project management
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills
ability to unite teams around transformation projects
Hands-on approach, pragmatic mindset, and strong analytical and synthesis capacity
Good listener, autonomous, proactive, and persuasive
Good command of IT tools (ERP, Excel, data visualization tools)
