The Challenge: A New Finance SSC in Lisbon. To support its continuous growth and strategic vision, the company is building a brand-new Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Lisbon. This hub will become the engine of their international operations, centralizing key transactional processes (such as Accounting and Credit Management) for Europe and North America. Job Responsibility

  • Develop a roadmap for process improvement and Lean Digital Transformation.
  • Identify and execute AI, RPA, and ML-driven digital transformation opportunities.
  • Map and redesign current processes while driving end-to-end continuous improvement projects.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve SLA commitments and tackle operational risks.
  • Mentor and coach project teams in delivering impactful results across business functions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of leadership experience in process improvement and digital transformation for SSC functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Procurement).
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt minimum) and hands-on experience with RPA, AI, ML, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated Project Management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and shareholders
  • MBA or technical degree from a premier institute.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking
