We are looking for a Continuous Improvement / HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) Lead to drive operational excellence across our Supply Chain sites in the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement, driving performance, and supporting the successful deployment and certification of the HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) across the zone. As the EMEA CI/HDMS Lead, you will work closely with site leadership teams, functional partners, and the Global HDMS Team to standardise best practices, enable data-driven decision-making, and continuously raise the bar on efficiency, quality, and operational maturity. We are open to accepting applications from candidates based across the EU, however, proximity to a Hunter Douglas facility is essential due to the level of on-site collaboration required. Applications from candidates without reasonable access to a site may not be progressed.
Job Responsibility:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across Supply Chain sites in the EMEA zone
Lead the Continuous Improvement Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the region
Coordinate the regional HDMS programme in close partnership with the Global HDMS Team
Support sites through HDMS implementation and certification, working with HDMS Pillar Owners
Facilitate knowledge-sharing forums and promote adoption of best practices across the network
Establish and maintain a central repository for CI standards, tools, and best practices
Design and deliver training programmes on CI and Lean methodologies
Provide hands-on support to teams leading improvement initiatives
Coordinate the goal-setting process across the CoE, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Implement standardised processes for defining, tracking, and reviewing CI goals
Lead Supply Chain analytics in close cooperation with the Head of Project Management Office
Develop dashboards and visual management tools for real-time KPI monitoring across all CoEs
Use analytics and data insights to optimise supply chain and operations processes
Drive automation, digitalisation, and data-driven decision-making
Foster strong collaboration with HR, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and other key functions
Contribute to contingency planning and business continuity initiatives across the region
Requirements:
Vast experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Engineering
Strong background in Lean methodologies (certification or equivalent practical experience)
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related or engineering discipline
Proven leadership capability with the credibility to influence across functions and seniority levels
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex operational challenges using data
Experience translating strategy into practical, measurable improvements
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Power BI, and SharePoint
Comfortable balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution
