We are looking for a Continuous Improvement / HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) Lead to drive operational excellence across our Supply Chain sites in the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in embedding a strong culture of continuous improvement, driving performance, and supporting the successful deployment and certification of the HDMS (Hunter Douglas Management System) across the zone. As the EMEA CI/HDMS Lead, you will work closely with site leadership teams, functional partners, and the Global HDMS Team to standardise best practices, enable data-driven decision-making, and continuously raise the bar on efficiency, quality, and operational maturity. We are open to accepting applications from candidates based across the EU, however, proximity to a Hunter Douglas facility is essential due to the level of on-site collaboration required.
