Job Responsibility:

  • Lead critical transformation initiatives across Bombardier Defense, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and compliance requirements
  • Design and implement governance frameworks for major organizational changes
  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve productivity and quality
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to enhance process performance
  • Benchmark best practices and integrate them into Bombardier Defense operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change management and organizational design
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for VP and CEO governance forums
  • Maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track progress on transformation initiatives
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data analysis and trend forecasting

Requirements:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • You have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change management, or management consulting
  • You have strong expertise in organizational design, governance, and process improvement
  • You have proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in large organizations
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements

Nice to have:

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Defense background is a strong asset
  • Experience in aerospace or defense industry is a strong asset
