Job Responsibility:
Monitor project performance (cost, timeline, quality), proactively manage risks and deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) and manage external contractors and suppliers
Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and tender processes are completed in line with project requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations, applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
Lead change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and best practice sharing
Support people development through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer within CI and project management areas
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred) / High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, and/or continuous improvement roles
Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and CI tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc)
Proven experience in leading projects and driving process improvements
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
