Job Responsibility

  • Monitor project performance (cost, timeline, quality), proactively manage risks and deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain) and manage external contractors and suppliers
  • Ensure all project documentation, approvals, and tender processes are completed in line with project requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and operations, applying Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and eliminate waste
  • Lead change management activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and best practice sharing
  • Support people development through training, coaching, and knowledge transfer within CI and project management areas
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred) / High School Diploma
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, project management, and/or continuous improvement roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and CI tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc)
  • Proven experience in leading projects and driving process improvements
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (Location - Neresnica)
  • Fluent English
