Job Responsibility:
Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence
Utilize Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Gemba Walks, and Root Cause Problem Solving to identify and implement process improvements
Mentor and train employees on Lean methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices
Promote and enforce safety policies in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Track, monitor, and report on project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
Drive initiatives to improve quality, delivery, and cost efficiency across operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent (e.g., Business Administration)
1+ years of experience leading and managing teams, with production/plant management leadership preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Proficiency in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Problem Solving
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, BW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and rally teams
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Six Sigma Certification is desirable

What we offer:
Annual base salary range: $75,000- $90,000
Bonus target range: 10%
