The Continuing Airworthiness Manager is a critical member of the Customer Care Centre Operations, Asia Pacific team. This role contributes to ensuring the ongoing airworthiness and successful project management of Airbus aircraft throughout their lifecycle, excluding the A400M. The person will act as a key technical focal point, coordinating diverse stakeholders and assisting in the resolution of complex technical issues to achieve on-time, on-cost, and high-quality project delivery. Job Responsibility:
Manage activities to ensure Aircraft Transfer of Title and support Airbus's aircraft delivery objectives
Manage aircraft from post-ToT or used aircraft acquisitions including storage, recoveries, transitions, conversions, and dismantling
Serve as technical focal point coordinating all technical stakeholders and supporting Project Manager
Manage return of aircraft following lease termination or recovery
Manage aircraft under scope of Airbus CAMO
Ensure compliance with Part M regulations
Interface with MRO organization and customers
Assume personnel responsibility for aircraft managed under Airbus CAMO agreement
Identify and highlight project risks and opportunities
Monitor and manage resolution of technical issues
Approve technical work scopes
Ensure service providers maintain up-to-date technical records
Provide on-site support for various aircraft activities
Act as Airbus focal point on-site managing all interfaces
Support technical escalation in case of AOG
Challenge maintenance center quotations
Evaluate performance of nominated Service Providers
Support internal and external audits related to CAMO activity
Requirements:
Experience in aircraft lifecycle and project management
Knowledge of Continuing Airworthiness & Regulatory Compliance (Part M regulations)
Ability to serve as technical focal point and coordinate stakeholders
Experience in technical oversight and issue resolution
Ability to act as on-site working party representative
Experience in performance evaluation and audit of service providers
Awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity
