Job Description

Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator 100% Remote within the United States Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension Pay: $35/hr. W2 We’re looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Coordinator to support a large-scale workforce transformation initiative. In this role, you’ll partner closely with HR, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders to help drive the transition, standardization, and ongoing management of a global contingent workforce program. This is a highly collaborative, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, organizing complex initiatives, and improving processes. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience supporting a high-impact transformation initiative while working with global stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across large transformation initiatives
  • Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure progress
  • Support governance activities, reporting, and PMO processes
  • Gather and analyze data related to contingent workforce practices
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Cleanse and validate data within systems such as Workday
  • Create reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Document current processes and map future-state workflows
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and process guides
  • Help drive consistency across regions and teams
  • Support system-related initiatives, including workforce data transitions
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during system updates or migrations
  • Assist with adoption of new tools and processes
  • Partner with HR, Procurement, and other internal teams
  • Coordinate communication and facilitate workshops or discussions
  • Support change management and adoption efforts
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and support ongoing program enhancements

Requirements

  • Experience working in Procurement, HR, or Talent Acquisition environments
  • Strong data analysis skills (advanced Excel preferred)
  • Experience with process documentation and workflow design
  • Project coordination or PMO support experience
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday (or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Magnit)
  • Understanding of contingent workforce models (staff augmentation, SOW)
  • Exposure to system migrations or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in global or multi-region environments
