Contentious Construction Associate

• Exposure to a broad mix of project advisory work on live developments and formal dispute resolution, including adjudication, High Court litigation, and (where applicable) arbitration and mediation
• Work spans key sectors such as building safety and the living sector, infrastructure, energy, engineering, and PFI, with both domestic and international matters

• 2+ years' PQE in contentious construction and engineering
• Experience of adjudication and litigation is essential
• Arbitration or mediation experience is advantageous but not required
