Job Description:

Liger is a fast-growing marketing firm. Our content writer will craft content mainly for newsletters, blogs, and press releases for clients in the health, insurance, tech, and financial industries.

Job Responsibility:

Write compelling, clear, and error-free copy that reflects each client’s unique brand and voice
Work with clients and the internal team to create, edit, and modify content pieces to meet marketing goals
Conduct background research on clients, target audiences, and product offerings
Interpret creative direction and technical information and turn it into educational long-form content
Collaborate with creative departments to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials
Present copy to clients in an engaging way, and work with them to edit and modify copy to meet their expectations

Requirements:

3+ years content writing experience
B2B content writing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
Ability to educate and clearly inform, as well as connect, with an audience
Understanding of marketing compliance regulations in the financial and insurance industries a plus
Ability to write in AP style
Ability to work within project management apps, log time, and prioritize tasks

Nice to have:

B2B content writing experience
Understanding of marketing compliance regulations in the financial and insurance industries
