We’re looking for a Content Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology and knows how to leverage AI tools to generate strong and polished client-ready assets. You’ll be the final point of editing before client approval, ensuring quality, tone, and accuracy across a variety of deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Manage content production for blogs, knowledge centers, help resources, and digital channels, using AI-powered writing tools to draft content and refine it into polished, high-quality final versions
Research, conceptualize, and adapt content for different industries and audiences, with a focus on the US market
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs, brainstorm ideas, and deliver content that aligns with project goals and timelines
Stay updated on AI in content creation, SEO best practices, and trends in digital content
Ensure content is optimized for search engines and AI-driven search (AEO)
Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies

Requirements:

2–4 years of content writing or content management experience, preferably in an agency environment
Strong editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to fine-tune AI-generated drafts into polished, engaging content
Comfortable using and experimenting with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) to boost productivity and creativity
Experience writing for different industries
finance writing experience is a plus
Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
