You'll help shape content for one of the world's most recognisable purpose-led brands, creating work that reaches millions of people globally across Movember.com, social, video and emerging platforms. We're looking for someone who can take complex health, research and behavioural content and turn it into simple, engaging and genuinely useful content people actually want to read, watch and share.
Job Responsibility:
Translate complex health and research topics into clear, consumer-friendly content
Write and rewrite content across articles, guides, scripts, social and short-form formats
Turn existing content and research into scalable, repeatable content series
Create high-volume digital content designed for speed, clarity and audience engagement
Adapt messaging across web, video and social platforms without losing impact or meaning
Help shape platform-native content designed for real audience behaviour and engagement
Work closely with creatives and producers to bring written content to life visually
Support content designed to drive awareness, action and behaviour change
Contribute to a fast-moving, highly collaborative global content team
Help Movember continue evolving one of the most iconic and culturally recognised charity brands in the world
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience writing or editing digital content professionally
Proven experience simplifying complex, technical or research-heavy topics for broad audiences
Experience writing health, wellbeing, research, behavioural or purpose-led content
Strong rewriting and editing skills, not just original copywriting
Experience producing high volumes of content across multiple digital formats
Ability to write clear, concise and audience-first content with a strong understanding of tone of voice
Experience creating both long-form and short-form digital content
Ability to quickly turn information into structured, repeatable content formats or series
Experience collaborating with creatives, producers or content production teams
Understanding of how written content translates into social, video and platform-native content
Ability to balance quality with speed and delivery timelines
Nice to have:
Experience working with large content libraries or structured content systems
Experience in public health, behaviour change or men's health related content
Experience developing content designed to drive audience action or behaviour change
Experience working in fast-moving digital, media or content environments
Understanding of content performance optimisation and iterative content development
