As a Content Writer specializing in IT and Software Technologies with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical and non-technical content that engages target audiences, supports marketing strategies, and strengthens brand presence. You will play a crucial role in simplifying complex concepts, improving knowledge sharing, and contributing to the overall success of the organization through well-structured articles, blogs, and documentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Research and write high-quality content tailored to our IT services, software products, and technology solutions
  • Create blog posts, website copy, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to ensure content is accurate and aligns with brand voice
  • Write SEO-optimized content following best practices, targeting relevant keywords
  • Understand technical concepts like Software development,software technologies, APIs, DevOps, ERP, SaaS, mobile apps, AI/ML, etc., and explain them to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience writing for IT companies, software products, or tech-focused blogs
  • Strong understanding of software development terminologies, tech stacks, and industry jargon
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics without losing technical accuracy
