Join Akeneo's Education team and help build scalable learning experiences for customers and partners to master our product experience management (PXM) platform.
Job Responsibility:
Support the Education team in building learning solutions for customers, partners, and community members of Akeneo
Improve the design and writing of our content by applying UX writing methodology and leveraging feedback from peers (global redesign of our onboarding paths and overall catalog maintenance projects)
Support redesign and rebranding efforts to deliver unified content experiences on internal and external content
Design and write communication material and coordinate marketing actions (emailing, content tagging, communication materials) to improve customer and partner engagement
Engage with the learner population to gather feedback to support continuous improvement of training content
Maintain knowledge of new learning approaches, technology, and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Education, Information Technology)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
First experience in writing, designing, and creating content for Marketing or Education purposes
Eye for visual design and familiarity with media development tools (image, audio, video)
Comfortable using AI solutions like Gemini or ChatGPT in daily work
High attention to detail and can complete tasks with accuracy and precision
Curious, innovative, and eager to learn
