Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled visual content creator with deep expertise in both photography and videography to join our Creative Production Group. This role will primarily focus on capturing and editing compelling photography, short-form video, vertical video, and social-first visual content across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, has a deep understanding of social media trends, and can translate big ideas into platform-native content while maintaining professional production standards.

Job Responsibility:

Shoot high-quality video and photos using a range of equipment, from smartphones to DSLR cameras
Perform video editing and photo retouching to meet brand standards
Manage and organize digital assets for efficient workflow
Collaborate alongside creative teams (art director and copywriter) to concept, capture, edit, and deliver engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
Collaborate with social strategy to ensure your content is on-brief and aligns with best practices and platform conventions
Adapt brand voices and visual identities across various content types
Contribute to projects from ideation through postproduction and delivery
Stay current with evolving social media trends and pop culture

Requirements:

Proficiency in photography and videography, including lighting techniques
Strong eye for composition, framing, and visual storytelling
Experience with video editing software and photo retouching tools
Deep understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Three to five years of experience in content creation for social media, preferably in an agency or brand environment
