Job Description:

At North Star Network, we’re seeking a Content Team Leader to lead and elevate our Brazil business content operations, ensuring our content connects with audiences across Brazil and supports our iGaming and sports media growth. You’ll join forces with our SEO, Product, and Business teams, plus our network of Content Managers, Editors, and Writers, to deliver high-performing content, drive traffic growth, and uphold the highest editorial standards across our global brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Content Managers, Editors, and Writers to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Assign tasks and priorities according to business and SEO goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and development opportunities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
  • Guarantee timely delivery according to the content roadmap
  • Translate the Head of Content’s strategic vision into actionable content plans
  • Oversee content production and ensure briefs, keyword targeting, and tone align with SEO and business goals
  • Adapt content priorities based on audience insights and data performance
  • Ensure key pages are optimized and aligned with ROI objectives
  • Review and approve content before publication to ensure compliance with guidelines and factual accuracy
  • Support the content team with constructive feedback and best practices
  • Conduct periodic content audits to identify updates and improvements
  • Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Business teams to align on growth and monetization objectives
  • Coordinate with the Media team to support amplification and consistency of messaging
  • Share insights and results regularly with internal stakeholders
  • Track rankings, traffic, and engagement to assess performance
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Report progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Head of Content

Requirements:

  • Native portuguese speaker, fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content management, ideally in iGaming
  • Proven track record in team leadership and SEO-driven content strategy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to lead teams and manage cross-functional collaborations
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills
  • Strong content sense with attention to detail and storytelling quality
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural, and remote environment
