Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to create, update, and maintain digital media assets across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong content editing experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will work with brand guidelines, follow digital standards, and ensure high-quality execution of content across webpages, emails, banners, and promotional material. Evening or night shift coverage may be required due to business needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content editing across digital platforms
  • Advanced proficiency with content management systems, ideally headless CMS platforms
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer needs and digital behaviours
  • Excellent written, verbal, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision, including during evening or night shifts
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, apply brand guidelines, and adjust tone of voice as required
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse teams
