We are seeking a Content Specialist to join an agile, multi‑disciplinary team responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising digital content for the UK consumer market. This role focuses on delivering clear, accurate, and engaging content across multiple digital touchpoints while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and customer experience goals.
Job Responsibility:
Build, update, and maintain digital media assets including webpages, responsive emails, banners, promotions, and pricing content
Regularly review and optimise digital content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and manage up‑to‑date content
Work closely with copy, design, marketing, and e‑commerce teams to deliver timely outputs
Use content management systems daily and support others through knowledge sharing and guidance
Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and ways of working
Contribute to cross‑functional projects and support agile delivery
Apply strong attention to detail to minimise corrections after deployment
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in content editing or digital content operations
Confident using content management systems, ideally headless CMS platforms
Knowlege or courses in in Prompt engineering
Hand on experience or courses taken in AI tools as: Claude, GPT and Gemini as well as platform knowledge in Writer and Structure platforms
Comfortable managing multiple tasks using project management tools
A clear and confident communicator with strong writing and editing capability
Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to work accurately under time constraints
Familiar with working within brand guidelines and adapting tone of voice
