The Content Specialist supports content strategy across multiple accounts, leading content creation, management and community engagement across various social and online media channels, including but not limited to social media. The ideal candidate will need to have a solid understanding of social media platforms, exposure to analytics and scheduling tools, experience in graphic creation using basic tools, and strong writing skills. This role will be vital in driving strategy, storytelling, and campaigns for our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Assist on content strategy creation and execution
Collaborate on measurable strategies and campaigns for clients
Regular communication with audiences and clients via email, phone, meetings and social media
Assist in content scheduling and community management across various clients
Assist in reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Support Client Teams with insights and analytics on client communications
Staying abreast of new industry trends and sharing information with the organization
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, PR, Digital Media, Advertising, or related degree
1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications
Experience of these social platforms and tools: Sprout Social, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Creation of Vertical Video, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Canva
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Self-starter, with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong follow through
Nice to have:
An Internship in a related field is a plus
Specialized training, proficiencies, or certifications in platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc is desired
