Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams across the organization to gather essential information and insights
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s client segments, services, and offerings, identifying key market opportunities
  • Lead the development of compelling written proposals and strategic storylines, partnering with field representatives and internal stakeholders to secure business from high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and prospects
  • Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to distill complex information and formulate clear recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with business development leaders, effectively managing content slides and integrating portfolio analysis reports to support the proposal process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • A client-centric approach, consistently prioritizing client needs and aligning actions with service objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and format content slides, creating clear, high-quality presentations that support business objectives and engage stakeholders
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, superior organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and efficiently meet deadlines independently
  • Strong understanding of financial services offerings
  • Proven experience in building relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data, develop cohesive business cases and recommendations, influence partners, and craft compelling storylines
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
