Content and social media are core pillars of GAUCHO’s brand marketing strategy and a window into the brand. We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Content & Social Media Manager to lead GAUCHO’s content and organic social presence end to end. Sitting at the intersection of brand, community, creative, and growth, this role is responsible for shaping GAUCHO’s storytelling across social platforms while balancing brand-building with commercial impact. You will define how content is created, shared, and experienced, ensuring it reflects GAUCHO’s elevated positioning and evolving brand direction. You will work closely with an external consultant/agency, liaising closely with the wider marketing team, as well as the commercial and operations teams, to deliver a cohesive and impactful content, community and social strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage GAUCHO’s content and organic social media presence end to end across all key platforms
Deliver the overarching social media strategy with support from an external consultant/agency
Develop and implement a best-in-class content aligned with GAUCHO’s brand direction and business objectives
Generate original content and social media ideas, leading execution from concept to delivery, including briefing and managing creative partners where required
Create high-quality, day-to-day content using video and photography equipment, capturing engaging moments
Balance long-term brand storytelling with short-term commercial objectives, supporting campaigns, launches, and key trading moments
Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver integrated, multi-channel paid campaigns
Oversee multi-platform content plans, tailoring approach and TOV for different audiences across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Set and maintain high creative standards across all content and social output
Lead community management across platforms, driving engagement, conversation, and brand loyalty
Attend key events and brand activations to capture premium, on-brand content that elevates GAUCHO’s social presence
Requirements:
3-4 years managing social media for a hospitality, luxury or lifestyle brand
Deep fluency in social platforms, formats, and culture, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour across channels
Understanding of both organic and paid social strategies
Highly creative with strong storytelling skills and a clear editorial point of view
Hands-on content creator, confident using video and photography equipment
