The Content Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that all course updates and revisions meet established quality standards. This role involves conducting thorough reviews and testing of course materials to identify and rectify any issues.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement QA processes and checklists specific to e-learning content
Conduct detailed reviews of revised course materials, including videos, quizzes, and interactive components
Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and guidelines
Identify and report defects and issues, coordinating with instructional designers and developers to resolve them
Perform functionality testing across different devices and browsers
Maintain documentation of QA processes, results, and improvement areas
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the e-learning industry
